ADDENDUM - FINAL DRAFTING CHANGES
(1) Page 2, Article IV, Section 1. Association Membership. The Association shall have one class of voting membership. Members shall be all owners who shall be entitled to vote. (The balance of Article IV, Section 1, as originally drafted, is hereby deleted.)
(2) Page 5, Article V, Section 7. Voting. (The final sentence is changed to read as follows:) At every meeting of members, each member shall have the right to cast on each question one vote. (The language "for each lot of which he is an owner" is deleted. The balance of Section 7 remains the same as in the original draft.)
(3) Page 2, Article IV, Section 2. Membership Certificates. (The second sentence is hereby deleted, and the following sentence is hereby substituted in lieu thereof:) Membership certificates shall be correlatively numbered, bound in one or more books, and shall be issued therefrom upon application for membership in accordance with these by-laws by an owner under deed or purchasers under installment sales contract of a lot or lots in Hurricane Haven Subdivision. (The balance of Article IV, Section 2, remains the same.)
