We have had several people ask when the pool will be open...the weather is getting warm and we are ready to cool off! As of right now, we are waiting on the inspector from the county to come, so hopefully it won't be long. My sources assure me they will let us know when they know for sure!

We are so pleased that members are using the SUGGESTION BUTTON! The suggestions are being printed and turned over to the President to be reviewed by the Board of Directors. Please keep them coming!!!! Please go to the Suggestions page to share any ideas for new projects, website ideas, or anything else you may think of! This is completely anonymous so please be honest!

One member used the "Suggestion" button to remind all of us to pay attention to our lawn maintenance. They pointed out some lots look like an invitation for snakes, goats, etc. Please maintain your property and keep Hurricane Haven looking good! Thanks!

If you haven't paid your dues, please do so ASAP! The fee is $150 and can be sent to PO Box 1769, Shallotte, NC 28459. If someone is down for the weekend they can drop their dues off with Frank Crumpler or any of the other board members.

The color for armbands this year will be BLUE. You may turn in your RED bands and receive the new bands at the meeting, If you wish, you may mail in your old bands and request the new blue ones to be mailed to you. 6 bands are included with your dues. Additional bands are $2.50 each. $1.00 should be included for postage if you want them mailed.
